Northwest Airlines - Northwest Airlines offers special meeting fares for attendees of the Hawaii International Conference who use the Worldfile number below when they book their reservations.  Simply call (or have your travel agent call) 1-800-328-1111 and refer to Worldfile Number NYU3N.  Call early as seats may be limited.  You may also book your ticket online using the Worldfile number by following these instructions:

2. Enter your flight details.

3. Under the question "Do you have an E-Cert Fare, electronic voucher or meeting agreement?", select "Meeting Agreement (Worldfile Number)" and enter Worldfile number NYU3N.

Hertz - To receive special group rates from Hertz, attendees may call their toll free reservation number at 1-800-654-2240 or use their website at www.hertz.com and mention CV# 022Q3530.
