Conference Registration

Registration fee includes:

·         4 Breakfasts

·         Mid-morning and afternoon coffee breaks

·         Admission to sessions

·         A printed copy of the Conference program

·         A CD-Rom copy of the proceedings

Registration Fees
If you register:
By December 31st, 2011 LOW Early Bird Rate!	US $350.00
Between January 1st, 2012 and March 19, 2012	US $415.00
Between March 20, 2012 and April 5, 2012	US $440.00
After April 5, 2012	US $465.00

Note:  All refund requests must be received in writing by May 19, 2012.  There will be a $75 service charge for refunds.
