Deadline for proceedings submissions is March 14, 2008 April 4, 2008

Registered participants who wish to be published in the conference proceedings must resubmit their paper and/or abstract by the above date. Proceedings submissions may be made via e-mail attachment (preferred) or CD-Rom. Please DO NOT use the online submission system for the proceedings.

Please include the following six items with your proceedings submission:

     1. Title of the submission.
     2. Name(s) of the author(s),
     3. Affiliation(s) of the author(s),
     4. Address(es) of the author(s),
     5. E-mail address(es) of the author(s), and
     6. Abstract and/or full paper.
